Horizon Community Credit Union opened in 1932 as a credit union for Procter & Gamble employees. Due to continued growth and success, the membership has expanded to include:
- Employees and retirees of the Procter & Gamble Company and affiliated companies.
- Employees and retirees of companies located in the I-43 Industrial Park, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- Anyone residing or employed in the counties of:
- Brown
- Oconto
- Shawano
- Manitowoc
- Outagamie
- The immediate family of eligible persons (Immediate family includes, but is not limited to, the spouse, parents, brother, sister, children and step-children of each person eligible to be a member of Horizon Community Credit Union whether or not residing in the same household).
