Become a Member

The following people are eligible to open an account at Horizon Community Credit Union:

• Employees and retirees of the Procter & Gamble Company and affiliated companies.
• Employees and retirees of companies located in the I-43 Industrial Park, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
• Anyone residing or employed in the counties of:
  • Brown
  • Outagamie
  • Oconto
  • Manitowoc
  • Shawano
• The immediate family of any eligible person (Immediate family includes, but is not limited to, the spouse, parents, step parents, children, step children, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, siblings, and step-siblings of each person eligible to be a member of Horizon Community Credit Union whether or not residing in the same household).

  Prior to opening your account, we are required to verify your identity in order to be in compliance with federal regulations.
