Phone Banking
Phone Banking is a convenient way to access your account. Check your balance, transfer money from one account to another, receive history of your account, verify the status of a check and more from anywhere using our automated telephone system. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your base HCCU account number, and your four digit PIN. Stop at either location or contact us to enroll in Phone Banking. After your application has been processed you will receive your PIN by mail.

- Enter your PIN and account number
- Follow the prompts
