By advising Horizon Community Credit Union of your planned travel, we will be able to approve transactions outside your normal transaction activity. Contact us by e-mail or call us at (920) 433-0122 or toll free at 866-433-7428 with your destination and dates of travel.
VISA Debit Card Dispute
A VISA Debit Card dispute occurs when a member and merchant cannot resolve an issue about a particular transaction. This does not apply to ATM or any transaction that a PIN is used.
The merchant must follow certain regulations in order to accept HCCU VISA Debit Cards. Therefore, VISA checks first to see if the merchant has complied with all regulations. If not, the Credit Union may be able to assist in resolving the dispute. Due to strict time limits imposed on disputing transactions, your dispute form and supporting documentation must be received within 60 days from the date of the statement on which the transaction in question appears.

If your card is lost or stolen, call 1-800-500-1044 immediately.
