What is Bill Pay?
Bill Pay is an electronic bill payment service that makes it simple and convenient to pay your monthly bills. All you have to do is verify that the amount you have been billed is correct, and then schedule your payment via your personal computer - we'll do the rest!
Why pay bills online?
Convenience. Bill Pay's features allow you to schedule recurring payments, pay anyone anytime, stop sampling the taste of glue, cut down on trips to the post office, and more!
How do I schedule a bill for payment?
Bills are scheduled for payment online at www.horizonccu.com. Click on pay bills online with Bill Pay, log on, and enter the amount of the bill to be paid and the debit date.
Bill Pay lets you schedule recurring payments such as mortgage and car payments, print copies of checks, review bill payment history, and maintain a payee database. Adding a new payee is simple, and payments to new payees can begin immediately. All Bill Pay features help to simplify the process of paying bills.
How can I be sure payments will be made on time?
We request Bill Pay users schedule bills for payment with a debit date no less than 5 days prior to the bill's due date. The funds will be withdrawn from your account and the payment will be sent on the debit date. Payments may be scheduled as much as one year in advance of their payment date.

Your Horizon Community Credit Union share draft (checking) account is your account used for Bill Pay payments.
What does Bill Pay cost?
The service is FREE. No more stopping at the post office to buy stamps, writing out a check for each bill, or remembering to drop the bills in the mail. Bill Pay eliminates the hassles!
When can I start?
Processing your enrollment form will take 5 to 7 business days. To enroll, complete the Online Bill Pay Application and click submit or print and complete the Online Bill Pay Application and mail to:
