Membership
To become a member of Horizon Community Credit Union you must complete the Membership Application. The application gives us the information we need to set up your account in our computer system. We will still need you to stop in at either of our locations to sign the account paperwork and provide us copies of your photo ID and social security cards.
The following people are eligible to join Horizon Community Credit Union:
- Employees and retirees of the Procter & Gamble Company and affiliated companies.
- Employees and retirees of companies located in the I-43 Industrial Park, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- Anyone residing or employed in the counties of:
- Brown
- Oconto
- Shawano
- Manitowoc
- Outagamie
- The immediate family of eligible persons (Immediate family includes but is not limited to, the spouse, parents, brother, sister, children and step-children of each person eligible to be a member of Horizon Community Credit Union whether or not residing in the same household).
